Christmas Photos

Here are some photos of Trevor at Christmas, both Eve and Day. He loved playing with the wrapping paper. He enjoyed his Quad from his Auntie, as you can see. He likes to push it around the house, as is not quite ready to motor around on his own yet. All in all, it was a great first Christmas for the Trev-Dog. He loved all of his presents and the excitement that surrounded the days!

Happy 11 Months!

Finally! Sorry for the long overdue update. It got a bit crazy over the Christmas break. Thankfully, no trips to the ER this holiday. We didn't want a repeat of Thanksgiving...
Trevor continues to grow and mature each and every day. He is on his way to becoming mobile, cruising around holding onto the furniture. He stands alone and has even attempted a few steps! Unfortunately he tends to fall more now that he is on the move. Trevor seems to have inherited my affinity for bruising at the very smallest of bang ups! He also gets quite upset, throwing temper fits like a two year old. I think he is just frustrated that he can't communicate what he wants, that or I wont let him have what he wants! Oh, joy.
Only one more month until his First Birthday!

Trevor Meets Santa!

Trevor got to meet Santa today. He had a dress rehearsal with the big guy at daycare yesterday. He was sure giving him concerned looks! I had had every expectation of a picture of him crying...
He was all smiles and giggles when he got plopped down on Santa's lap next to his cousins, much to my surprise.

Then they had me take him off so that Jackson and Mason could get their shots in. That is when it got a little dicey... Next came Trevor's solo shots...Suffice to say, he wasn't amused. He wasn't as confident on his own, I'm afraid.

Oh, well. I love it still. It sure will be fun to tease him with later. (P.S. Brian thinks I am creepy for wanting to recreate Trevor's outfit for the next 17 years, kinda like the monthly crib photos, only at Christmas time. He just looks so cute in his Chuck Taylor's, khakis, and blue button up! I agree it is kinda creepy...but still think it would be fun.)

Happy 10 Months!

Here we are at 10 months! Trevor is constantly talking in his deep little voice. Who knows what he is saying. He is probably scolding the dog like his mama. He has become fearless in his pursuit to motor about, and has consequently ended up with a few bumps and bruises. He is even starting to throw temper fits when he doesn't get his ways. Oh, joy.

Trevor loves the snow and watching Stella hop around in the back yard. He also likes to play fetch with her ball, giggling the whole time. His laugh is so cute! He is eating his big boy food, along with using a sippy cup like a pro. He is starting the transition to the older classroom at daycare. I can't believe that he is going to be a year old in two short months!

Dun, Dun, Duuuuuun...

It all started Tuesday night while we were in the kitchen cleaning up from Trevor's dinner. I look over to see him pulling himself up to a standing position on one of the kitchen chairs. He then proceeded to push the chair around the kitchen while walking next to it. I was so surprised to see him up, walking around like that. When Brian got home later, I had Trevor try and walk for him using his Lightning McQueen car. Here are the pictures of the Mighty Mr. T motoring around in the living room with Stella. I can't help but feel that Brian and I are in trouble that starts with a capital T, for Trevor.

Happy Halloween!

Here is Mr. T dressed in his skeleton jim-jams. They glow in the dark and have a pumpkin in the place of his heart. Too cute! He was getting into our candy stash.

Here he is all dressed up as Charlie Brown. We had just gotten back from a Halloween Carnival at daycare.

The Great Pumpkin

Here are some photos from a recent trip to the local pumpkin patch. We were in search of the perfect pumpkin for Trevor's First Halloween. We found a 7 lb beauty that is now sitting on our front porch. Trevor was very interested in all of the goings on at the pumpkin patch. he looked adorable in his pumpkin hat his Gram made for him. Thanks mom!
